Notice to Bidders
The Greenfield Fire District is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for truck bay floor repairs at the following location:

Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
Project Overview:
Repair concrete floor in apparatus bays that are spalling, cracked and pitted. Spalling areas will saw cut to a depth of 1 ½ inches with lose concrete and rebar removed that is at the surface.
Prep concrete for fast setting concrete in spalling areas, cut to a depth of 1,5 inches deep and remove all loose concrete. Approximately 51 square feet of concrete repair.
Epoxy with flake coating in color of choice of bay floor, radio room, and officers office – approximately 7,6015 square feet.
Restriping in red of bay floors. Bays 1&2 50 ft long, bays 3&4 40 ft long, Bay 5&6 25 ft long.
Work is to be completed within a 3-day period.
Work will not commence until April/May
Site Walkthrough:
A pre-bid walkthrough will be held on November 6, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Maple Avenue Fire House. Attendance is strongly encouraged to ensure accurate bid preparation.
