RFP Fuel Oil
The Greenfield Fire District is seeking proposals for supplying heating oil and propane for the 2026-2027 heating season. This is inclusive of generators.
Delivery locations:
Greenfield Center Fire Company – located at 13 South Greenfield Rd. Greenfield Center, NY 12833 – Heating Oil only
Porters Corners Fire Company – located at 405 Bockes Rd. Porters Corners, NY 12859 – Heating Oil and Propane
Middle Grove Fire Company – located at 25 North Creek Rd. Middle Grove, NY 12850 – Heating Oil and Propane
District Office – located at 13 South Greenfield Rd, Greenfield Center, NY 12833 – Propane only
All proposals are due to the District Office of the Greenfield Fire District by 3:00 PM EST on Thursday, June 18, 2026. Proposals may be mailed to P.O. Box 103, Greenfield Center, NY 12833, dropped off at the District office located at 13 South Greenfield Rd, Greenfield Center, NY 12833, or sent via e-mail to [email protected]
All proposals will be read aloud at the Commissioners meeting on June 24th, 2026.

The Greenfield Fire District reserves the right to reject any or all RFP submissions without explanation.
