The Greenfield Fire District is seeking proposals for sealcoating and striping parking lots at the following locations:
Greenfield Center Fire Company, 13 South Greenfield Rd. Greenfield Center, NY 12833
Porter Corners Fire Company, 405 Bockes Rd. Porter Corners, NY 12859
Scope of work:
Preparation – Prior to sealcoating the entire area will be swept and cleaned of all debris, areas adjacent to the grass shall be power edged.
Crack filling – Removal of all weeds and debris and seal all cracks up to and including 1” with hot, applied crack sealant.
Sealcoating – Driveway sealer to be applied by spray or squeegee method. Sealer shall be applied by hand near any obstacles to provide and clean and neat finish.
Striping – Layout and stripe all original stall and pavement markings.
Sealcoating and striping must be completed by August 31, 2021.
All proposals are due to the District Office of the Greenfield Fire District no later than 3:00 PM EST on April 27th, 2021. Proposals may be mailed to P.O. All proposals will be read aloud at the Commissioners meeting at 7:00 PM EST on April 28th, 2021.
The contract for sealcoating and striping will be awarded at the Commissioners meeting on May 12th, 2021.
