The Greenfield Fire District is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of part time District Secretary/Deputy Treasurer to perform various general office, computer related and receptionist duties. Must have good communication skills, the ability to manage several projects simultaneously and be flexible with work hours; attendance at various board meetings is essential. The position requires accuracy, and strong communication and organization skills. The ideal candidate will have a combination of secretarial and bookkeeping skills, and the ability to work effectively with fire department members, external organizations and the public; discretion and confidentiality in fire district business is required. Prior experience and individuals residing within Fire District Boundaries given preference.
