The Greenfield Fire District is seeking proposals for Electric Message Center (LED Sign)
installation for the following locations.

Specifications:
Design, Fabricate and Install on existing structure. Double Facing.
9.5 mm with NEW SDM 3535 bulbs.
Easy access, front service, light weight, durable, aluminum frame.

Pixel composition – one RGB LED per pixel
Refresh rate +/- 2000 Hz with static scan, constant current drivers.

All proposals are due to the District Office of the Greenfield Fire District by 3:00 PM on
September 19, 2025. Proposals may be mailed to P.O. Box 103 Greenfield Center NY 12833,
dropped off at the District Office located at 13 South Greenfield Rd. Greenfield Center, NY
12833 or sent via email to Purchasing@greenfieldfd.org All proposals will be read aloud at the
Commissioner’s meeting on September 24, 2025 at 7:00pm and approval will be issued on
September 24, 2025.
