Request for Proposals The Greenfield Fire District is seeking proposals to supply heating oil/propane for the 2015-2016 heating season. The following locations use heating oil: ” Greenfield Center Fire Company #1 located at 13 South Greenfield Road, Greenfield Center NY 12833 ” Porter Corners Fire Company #2 located at 405 Bockes Road, Porter Corners NY 12859 The following locations use propane: ” District Office located at 13 South Greenfield Road, Greenfield Center NY 12833 ” Middle Grove Fire Company #3 located at 25 North Creek Road, Middle Grove NY 12850 All proposals are due to the District Office of the Greenfield Fire District by 3:00 PM on September 9th, 2015.
Proposals may be mailed to P.O. Box 103, Greenfield Center NY 12833, dropped off at the District Office at 13 South Greenfield Road, Greenfield Center NY 12833, or sent via e-mail to [javascript protected email address] All proposals will be read aloud at the Commissioners monthly meeting September 9th, 2015 at 7:00 PM.
